Why is this left out of the Ebola discussion in mass media?

Do you know that for every person who died from Ebola, hundreds have gotten sick and survived? Why is no one talking about this? Why is no one talking about the immune system and how to help it do its job?

In fact the way some people recover is by "borrowing" someone else's immune system in the form of a blood transfusion.
