Re: Binge eating after fasting

After fasting, the binge eating comes with the territory. But if you stay at it for long, the body has ways to let you get your happy medium and not so much crave on those not good foods for you body. I suggest instead of doing a week fast trying doing the IF (intermittent fasting)just 2 days a week for life. IF did wonders for me. But I have to do it for over 10 months to see a break. It's been a about 3 plus years no craving for sweets specially chocolate. I still do my 1 -2 days a week fast. When I think about it now, people over 40, have no business of eating everyday. That is my opinion.
Good luck.
PS: Breaking fast with sweat juices? Taxing the pancreas, but a hearty veggie soup with lots of good fat works good.
