You don't hafta do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) but I do believe it is the most efficient way to get the toxins out since it cleanses the whole GI track.
The kind of salt you use makes a major difference in the taste of the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) I and many other have found that the naturally sun dried grey Celtic Sea Salt is muuuch mellower, more palatable and less astringent than any of the white salts.
