It feels more like stuff moving around top right side of my head and also neck and shoulders. Sometimes scratches show up around shoulers. Multiple head mris have come back clean. I have lyme too. Sometimes it feels like stuff moving in my back. I'm not sure if they can find anything tho but who knows.
