Re: So who does/does not do colonics with the liver flush?

Thanks for the replies so far. Had my first colonic last Friday, lots of funny stuff still coming out and a few achy bits but nothing drastic. Might have another one after my first flush just to be sure and then maybe try the next one without. Scary stuff. :)
