Hey all, I'm ramping up to doing my first Liver Flush and have been reading LOTS of testimonies from those who have gone before. While some people do detail exactly what procedures they go thought here are many who do not. So here's what I'm trying to find out:

What percentage of people do the full colonic irrigation before and after the liver flush?

Do you do it EVERY flush?

Do you just use colosan/Mag07 instead? At what dosage?

I am only asking because 1) There doesn't seem to be a colonics crowd in town (country Australia) 2) It would be quite expensive getting 2-3 colonics every single month and 3) I'm a chicken (but will do it if I have to. :) ).
