Re: Enema advice ?

To begin with, I would start with plain water. In my experience saline enemas like fleet burn.
I've never used an enema bag. Just in the past before I knew anything about anything I used fleet enemas. (Really awful experience). I actually order a coffee enema kit to get started on those which consists of a stainless steel bucket along with silicone tubing. Because for me I didn't want to be putting all those latex and other chemicals into my body. As the water is warm it heats up the chemicals from the bag and it is excreted into your intestines. NO THANK YOU!! I have enough toxicity as it is! You can find these kits, just the buckets if that's what your looking for on amazon. They are a little bit pricey but I think they are worth it. You don't have to worry about leaks from the bags or tubing either. Which is common from store bought enema bags. There is TONS of info on this site if your new to it all. GOOD LUCK!!
