Am I putting the water enema too high??

I'm wondering if I am getting the plain water enema into my small intestine. Sometimes I get nauseous after an enema. What could this indicate? Also there have been times where parts of my food from 12-18 hrs before have come out. Could this screw up my natural digestive process? Feedback would be great!! Tweet
