I'm wondering if I am getting the plain water enema into my small intestine. Sometimes I get nauseous after an enema. What could this indicate? Also there have been times where parts of my food from 12-18 hrs before have come out. Could this screw up my natural digestive process? This is a reply to # 2,220,805To my understanding, no way you can get water to your small intestine doing enema. I suggest if you bother to do enema do coffee enema. just 2 cups of coffee will do the detox. Here is a link perfect for your coffee enema needs.
