Please take your cofactors!

Just an update. I've been taking Lugols for the past few days now..100mg. I noticed urgent bowel movements, but not much else in the way of relief of hypo symptoms or even detox. However, yesterday I got my bottle of ATP Cofactors and New Chapter vitamin C. Took 1 ATP and felt that buzzy, caffeinated feeling and noticed an increase in energy. I also took 1500mg of vitamin C and this really seemed to do the trick by the next day..felt immediate, natural energy that got my through the day.

If I double my dose to 200mg, is it possible to detox the halides faster than 3 months?
