Yes Samento did help in the beginning now it seems to be counter-productive and gives me more weirded out feelings than feelings of returning to normal.. I don't know, but this happens with a lot of things I try. Phosphatidylserine is no longer doing that much for me, it actually makes me worse.. Though it potentially might help for the day after I take it, perhaps the cortisol reduction is to blame.
