I now do think that high doses of Lugol's Iodine does detox our bodies from metals from more continuous experience with its use...I usually body
paint 6 to 10 droppers or drink 4 droppers of 2% Lugol's in a cup of water periodically (twice a week for a month- 2X a year or when I feel I need it)...
