Personally, I see where the feds protect the public from unscrupulous peddlars who make unsubstantiated and wild claims concerning articles of commerce intended to be consumed by my fellow Americans, but do not analyze the products or operate according to good manufacturing procedures, in contradistinction to reputable suppliers. Its a good law, otherwise we'd have people being poisoned slowly and their minds would slowly decay and they'd write paranoid things on the internet, lash out attacks for no apparent reason, and otherwise fall ill. So, its really a public health issue, to regulate such activity, authorized under the "promote the general welfare" clause of the Constitution of the good ole USA, the State of Ohio, which means your legislators and those of your forebears. So stop arguing with what your ancestors put in place already, ok ? The laws are there for a good reason, and those who break them, are criminals, by definition.
