Sf722 didn't do anything for me and i finished the while bottle. For candidacandida, i suggest drinking lots of milk kefir Along with aacacia Senegal as a prebiotic. You Dont really kill candida, all you can do is over crowd it with something else.
I heard cs kills it good if you have or systemic. Cs is colloidal silver. Search for it, it has its own forum here. You can also try Borax. I haven't tried either of these two, but I'm going to since they hold a lot of promise based on testimonials on here and some research.
Personally, for me, acne is 100000 times better with at least 3 g vitamin c and flush inducing niacin, also called nicotinic acid.
