Nausea months after being cleared of parasite !

Hi
About 6 months ago I tested positive for the parasite dientamoeba fragilis. I got it treated and cleared.
But I still have persisting nausea...and some stomach discomfort. It effects my quality of living greatly
Is this a time thing and waiting for my stomach to heal ?
Any help and information would be appreciated.
