DAY 6 - Liver Pain

Today was my 6th day of water fast. I have lost 13lbs. My numb foot is feeling fine, flexibility is not 100%, yet.

Blood Glucose is 56mg/Dl. Is this low?

I feel great! Work is easy. No stress or commute issues.

Now the issues...

My right side under the ribs(liver) area is hurting a bit.
Rashes are not going away. I know the skin is doing liver's job partly, but it is annoying.

All help and encouragement to continue is welcome.
