Raw nuts and seeds are saturated fats and very healthy. The raw tiny seeds are warehouses of nutrients and are great for digestion and long lasting energy. Chia, hemp, sesame, many spice seeds, papaya, mustards, and many others.

According to Ray Pete Mono fats like olive oil aren't as bad as the other unsaturated fats. But the only good fat is saturated. And cold water fish oil is also unsaturated bad rancid oil. Another money making scam.
