Try the tea tree oil before you have the surgery. Cutting the blood vessels causes poor blood circulation which can lead to more problems. The tea tree oil tastes awful but the results are worth it. I have seen it tighten up loose teeth back in their sockets. Quadrant cleaning didn't help my gums at all it just cost me a lot of money. Vitamin c with bioflavonoids helps gum disorders and Co Q10 helps also. I believe the help you seek will be helped by alternative remedies. Many dentists shopped in my store.
