Natural equals good, processed equals bad

If you make it yourself, it is good.
If you use raw milk, it is excellent.

BUT

If you purchase ready made product , pasteurized , homogenized , with preservatives , with antioxidants, fortified with vitamins , stored in a package that leaks bisphenol-A (BPA) and phthalates, the story might of course be very different.

It may even cause more harm in some people, depending on the product used, and depending on the person.

Natural raw cow, goat, sheep, horse, donkey or zebra milk contains natural probiotics.

If you leave it on the room temperature, or higher temperature, it becomes natural yogurt or natural cheese.
You don't even need yogurt maker.

Once the natural milk is pasteurized & homogenized, it is more or less dead.

If you leave it on the room temperature without adding live bacteria, it turns bad, and if you drink it, you may suffer food poisoning, depending on what bacteria took over.

It all depends on what you do with raw ingredients.

The same goes for naturally fermented cabbage, carrots, peppers etc.

Natural, home made equals good, processed equals bad
