What is your main cleansing goal? That's a lot of Master-Cleanse in a 14 month stretch.
I am still eating a wonderful cleansing/rebuilding diet: fruit and/or old fashioned oatmeal in the am, big salad and/or vegetarian dish with brown rice/beans in the afternoon (main meal), and vegetable soup or something light in the evening. I still drink fruit/veg juices, and lots of water! Very occasionally I have chicken breast or fish.
