Iron, Vitamins A, B5, B6, B12, and D

While I totally acknowledge and respect WS experiences and very good advice, I thought of adding my 2 cents!
The thought of eating freshly cooked animal liver prompted me to reply. Being a vegetarian myself, I would like to recommend a fantastic alternative that has exactly these vitamins and MORE! Its from a plant source and called Moringa. Pl. google Moringa and you will see what I mean.

Would also recommend a Magnesium supplement and including the herb rosemary in your cooking. Rosemary promotes circulation. I had problems with circulation being a smoker and my fingers (hands) and legs would experience numbness and tingling. In fact since I quit this habit some 12 years ago, and started taking magnesium (longer time back) the blood-circulation problem has vanished.
