Iron, Vitamins A, B5, B6, B12, and D

Numbness or tingling in the hands and feet is very common in people who are on vegetarian or vegan or similar diets that exclude animal meat and organs.

Numbness or tingling in the hands and feet is one of the symptoms associated with deficiency and imbalance in the levels of iron, calcium, potassium, sodium and phosphorus and Vitamins A, B5, B6, B12, and D.

Here is a simple test you can do to find out if it is your diet.

Consume one meal with freshly cooked animal liver, and observe how you react to it.

Animal liver contains high levels of iron, calcium, potassium, sodium and phosphorus and Vitamins A, B5, B6, B12, and D.

Even just deficiency or imbalance in just one of those essential nutrients may cause chronic numbness or tingling in the hands and feet.

I am talking here also from the personal experience.
12 years of my life on diet free from meat, eggs or milk.

Once I included some foods from the animal kingdom, I never experienced again the same kind of numbness.

I remember, I would wake up during the night, and my whole left arm would be numb, dead.
Extremely scary experience, no feeling in my arm, and I was not laying on that side of my body, which could have been an alternative explanation for numbness.

When you wake up several times in your life with this kind of experience, you remember it well.

Contrary to popular belief, not all people can get all nutrients from vegetarian or vegan diet.

Sure, there are people who thrive on similar diets, but there are also people who end up with nutritional deficiency, or even with more serious symptoms.

One friend of mine was yoga teacher, vegan, and suffered for many years from whole body eczema and psoriasis.

Once he learned about Blood Type Diet , and he learned that people of blood type O thrive on meat diet, he changed his diet and his whole body eczema and Psoriasis was gone for good.
