Infestation or Die-Off

Started smearing coconut oil on bottom at night, doing hot epsolm salt baths, and took Dr. Reese pinworm medicine . . . . .Its been 2 weeks and this stuff just keeps coming out day and night . . .My bottom and vagina broke out in "blisters" -- red, painful, SUPER itchy, and sore/tender . . . . .

1 - What is this crap??? What kind of parasite is it?
2 - Is this an infestation (they're coming stronger) OR is it just crazy gross die-off symptoms . . .??
