It really depends on what your goals are for care. To just get out of pain that might take only 12-20 treatments, but to make a lasting correction it takes time. Its like moving your teeth with braces. To get your vertebrae to stay in the correct place may take 6-12 months. This doctors plan is not excessive. As you notice most of the treatments are during the first 3 months. Good luck.
