And well Bee Pollen is what the bees collect from the flowers to feet their youngsters with (don't know all these biological terms in english, hope u understand what i mean).
The book i have is basically of the Madal Bal company, the ones that stands behind the Madal Bal syrup, and the neera fasting methode. But they claim that it's all based on SB book! They also include his colour theory (he did really have that, right?!?)
But after i've been on this board for some time, I start quastioning how accurat is the book I have at all... I already think that next time I'll do the Master-Cleanse based on maple and not on the Madal Bal syrup... Well, at least I'm learning!
And I suppose also u r right about eating well, but I think that according to my corrent diet, I should have few supplements like Udo's and probiotics..
