A 30-day experiment to get rid of Candida.

I've been battling Candida in various symptoms for many years. In fact, I've posted questions and stuff on this forum for the longest time, asking how to deal with it all. I was hearing that yeast is behind cancer, M.S., and so on, as well as the Acne and deafness and memory loss etc I already had, but nobody makes these connections. I was terrified I was heading for something really bad.

Then I did a cleanse. I'd done a parasite cleanse months before and got a bunch of worms out. Anyway, bottom line - my symptoms cleared up. So I was fine. But not long after, I went back to my old food ways - same vices....sugar, wheat, dairy....and the Candida came back again, which is a bummer. But at least I know what I have to do now to be well. I know it's my fault and not bad luck.

Anyway, I wrote a blog about the kinda stuff I found out on this very long and uncomfortable road. If this helps anyone who's going what I went through, I'm delighted.
