Whats the Scam? You Exchange paper currency for Gold. Except your able to purchase smaller increments making it easier for people who don't have access to a lot of money to start acquiring gold at very little out of pocket expense. Everyone knows the buying power of most paper currency the dollar in paricular has diminished. Your not able to buy the same amount that you were able to years ago. Gold maintains it's buying power or at least it has for the last 5,000 years Maybe thats why most major countries Horde Gold by the metric tons because they know the truth. Paper currency is unreliable. Karatbars is just making it more available to those who can't afford to shell out thousands to own physical gold. Not only that but they offer an opportunity to tell others and make a lucrative income doing so. I don't see how thats a scam.
