Ok... I finally got around to measuring Lugol's in ml - Trapper sent me a measuring syringe w/ his SSKI ( TY!!! <3 ) and the 2 and 1/2 droppers = exactly 2ml - so, the whole time I WAS taking the correct amount.

I dropped my dosage down to 1 dropper (50mg Lugol's) last week and added 300mg SSKI today.
Since I probably have Hashi, I don't even know wth to do now.
