Also food cravings can give information of what you need. For a full year I craved asparagus, a good bunch daily. Looking up at it I found out it was probably the sulfur and or the rubidium I needed. I then took sulfur / msm for a while, and the craving subsided. The last bit of IBS disappeared, ihave had it since an antibiotics in my twenties.
Now I take sulfur once in a while, asparagus too:)
