Oh my gosh YES!!!! I just removed my Mirena a week ago and I feel like death. Bleeding SUPER heavy and clots STILL! My cramps hurt like mad too! And yes, while I had it in, I had periods that lasted a long time occasionally, though they weren't this heavy.
