I don't know about "america", to me that is a general word, encompassing both North, and South, America, a whole hemisphere.

If you meant "the united States of America", my reply would be that the number one killer in the united States of America, is ignorance of the people at large on issues affecting theirs, and their children's futures. Blaming someone else, like MD's or "the medical system", is a cop-out. That is a fundamental tenet of ignorance, to simplify matters and blame someone else, like Jews, the medical system, cops, doctors, lawyers, pastors, plumbers, politicians or whomever.

One can never elevate themselves by cutting others down.

Great leaders are never stopped by the evils of whatever system is in place, it is just part of our human lives, we have to deal with it, face it, in the real world.

Constantly complaining about various systems gets one nowhere. No Savior is going to come along and read a posting and say "Aha, that guy is right, I think I'll fix the world now that he has told me of how evil cops and MD's are"

I like to think of this forum as a place where people who are not feeling well, can feel welcome to have someone CALMY assist them in learning, and NOT have to hear repeated rants about how politics, religion and other inherent aspects of human life are evil and working against everybody. We all already know that. Everybody knows that already. People do not need to be constantly reminded of it, it makes them want to run away, if you haven't yet noticed. They don't come here to hear about that shhit and when you keep laying it on, it makes this forum less valuable to the vast majority of innocent, kind people who are just trying to learn to make themselves better.

Raising all that stuff that everybody knows how evil the world is, repeatedly ad nauseum, makes you look like a Drama Queen and detracts from the forum. Many people who come here are ill women and yes women are weaker in some ways and need to be protected by strong men, cuddled and protected, soothed and comforted, not frightened off by the repeated rantings of how the world sucks according to one person, and how the bad guys are gonna getcha.

As right as you might be for your situation and perceptions, your perceptions do not apply to most people. So, keep that in mind, and try to understand many people coming here want help, not to be reminded of how much the world sucks. Do that in your own forum, please don't let it bleed onto here. Notice how few are following you over there, take that as a message. I write this not to smite you, but to help you
