As for conversion, go to Images Search in a search engine and type in "Adrenal cascade"

As far as forms... I think oral and sublingual both work OK. I would start with half a 10mg tablet... then whole one. Then work up to half a 25mg tablet, then a whole. If you need to, move to 50mg tabs.
