Pain in gums and tonsil stones

I seem to have pain and inflammation around my left bottom wisdom tooth right before my monthly cycle. Its so bad that I can't even swallow with my mouth open without extreme pain. Also, not sure if this is related or not but lately I have been having tonsil stones non stop for the past 4 months or so. It's really irritating because it causes my breath to smell horrible.
