Re: Seborrheic Dermatitis

This is very interesting. I had blood taken last week and had very comprehensive testing. I'm watiing for my results which will show if I have any vitamin deficiences or liver/thyroid problems. In addition, I have a food allergy test in two weeks. Ironically, over a week ago I gave up on my diet. I drank last weekend and this weekend and have eaten pretty unhealthy on the weekends. Albeit, mainting a relitively healthy diet/exercise during the week. Interestingly, my skin is better than it has been in months. Almost clear in some areas. I don't think diet is an issue for me. On the Candida diet I tried huge doses of anti-fungals as they call them, to no affect, not even "die-off" symptoms. "Candida" seems to be overassociated with illnesses and in my opinion is becoming a buzzword for natural health practioners. I feel that the weight loss I experienced because of the Candida diet was more of a detriment to my health than a plus. That being said, I'll look into Nizoral shampoo as well as a cream called Ketoderm. I will continue to pursue venues in regards to healing this disease. But as it stands, so far I feel that exercise and healthy eating (not excessive diets) have helped me the most. Moreover, I've been going out more and hanging out with my buddies. Perhaps that postive energy has played a role. Thanks for your input though, truly it is very appreciated and I'm stoked you've figured out what was causing your health issues. Amazing!
