I'm going to have to take a few days off of it and then try again with the micro amounts...
Yesterday I only had about 1/3 cup diluted in 8 cups of water and I've still got nasty cold sweats and head pains today.
And more concerning is the fact that my chronic fluid retention has increased again with the tea :(
Shouldn't dissolving the debris help the fluid go down, not up? This has been my most maddening symptom for the past two years, and I can only figure it to be stubborn kidney congestion (but that which is not easily received by means to dissolve it!)
