Take the pepper in shots of lemonade...
I put a quarter teaspoon (hot!) in 3-4 ounces of lemonade and chug it!!! Then of course I chase it with either lemonade sans the pepper or cool fresh water to cool it off. It works wonderfully because I agree, the lemonade with pepper in it is FOUL!!!
