Yes you took them and didn't cause you harm and that's great. Shoot after eating all that hot mexican food all those years you prolly have a cast iron stomach ;+D and are able to eat habaneros straight and do the hokey pokey at the same time without flinching ;+D. The SAD is very bland by comparison.
Others have done the caps with the same apparent success or no harm. The issue that will remain unanswered is whether you would have benefited more and if your cleansing would have been more thorough and quicker if you have done it mixed with the lemonade.
On long fasts and epic cleansing programs including
colonics like you have done, anyone would get some serious cleansing done even without the cayanne altogether. The average faster on this forum can barely do the "minimum" 10 days so they need to get the most efficient cleansing in the shortest amount of time and taking the caps is simply not it*. Add to that the issues of possible harm to those with weak digestive systems.
Pretty much this whole cayenne cap hoopla didn't appear until the
Master-Cleanse hit mainstream with the celebrity articles about Howard Sterns sidekick Robyn Quivers. She did the
Master-Cleanse because of some serious IBS type troubles but all the media focused on was the weightloss aspect. The internet became full of all these unscrupulous folks trying to cash in on the multi million dollar weightloss diet cash cow and started marketing the
Master-Cleanse as a package deal. The caps are offered as a convenience item and it has absolutly nothing to do with how they work.

Dr. Christopher world renown proponent of the healing properties of cayenne writes:
"Taking Cayenne in capsules is not the way to get healing to most effectively happen. Much of Cayenne's healing starts to occur in your mouth. As Cayenne touches your tongue, nerve endings send signals throughout the body, sending along with it waves of fresh blood to wherever your body is sick. These surges of fresh blood do not occur when you bypass the mouth by taking capsules."
