Re: When will more doctors become iodine aware?

Stories like this make me appreciate my doctors so much more. When I mention Iodine, they squeal a little.
My kids pediatrician and whole family use iodine. His wife took a ton of Lugol's during all her pregnancies... they normally take 50mg.
They do the Iodine tests too, but you have to pay out of pocket for the urine/loading test.
I almost can't wait to go back and let them listen to my lungs next week.

I think diet is a major factor in fibroids too. Iodine is a big piece of the puzzle, but if the diet isn't in check, its sort of undoing all the good Iodine is doing. preservatives in personal care items too. Tweet
