Microbiota & gut dysbiosis

So,
what is exactly a good diet by your standards?

What do you eat?

Do you consume foods with Sugar added?
Do you consume foods with preservatives added?
Do you consume foods with sulfites , sorbates , nitrites , nitrates , citrates ?
Do you consume foods with wheat?
Do you consume foods with gluten?

What if you are intolerant of gluten, wheat, sugar, food additives ?

What if you are intolerant of night shades?

What if you are intolerant of foods high in Salicylates?

Have you ever tried eliminating any or all of those foods from your diet to see if it helps?

Do you drink chlorinated water ?

Do you at all know what gut dysbiosis or dysbacteriosis is and why do people at all suffer from abnormal smell?

People suffer from abnormal smell because of something they have done in the past, something that has caused gut dysbiosis, something that has changed their original healthy microbiota and converted it into new unhealthy.

That something might have been Antibiotics , poor diet, poor lifestyle, hormonal contraception, synthetic steroids, other medications, etc.

Once you develop serious imbalance in your gut, it may take time and effort to cure it, and diet may be an important step for a large number of people.

Rotation-Elimination Diet may be the best way toward healthy gut.
