Anti Candida Protocol Post Diflucan and Nystatin

Hi, I tested 4+ with Genova labs for Candida. I took 30 days of Nystatin with 7 days of Diflucan 150. Now I'm wondering how strict I have to be with diet and what supplements to keep it at bay? Has anyone tested as high for candida and if so what were your experiences with treating it?

Is it ok to have a drink once in a while or rice and beans once in awhile? I'm vegan and have have allergies (wheat, corn, soy, egg, dairy) as well so the strict diet is really hard. Probably have leaky gut.

Also how do people here know when they are cured of candida? By retesting or you feel that different/ better?
