I think a lot of people missunderstand the most basic principles ta work here.

Oxidation is a chemical reaction that transfers electrons or hydrogen from a substance to an oxidizing agent. The reverse is then true of anti-oxidants. An anti-oxidant will DONATE electrons and ALL essential nutrients can donate electrons and in turn are ALL anti-oxidants. The difference is in their physical structure and their ability to penetrate and thus donate electrons more effectively to some tissue over others.
