It is probably different for everybody for me it was the Liver Flush it changed my life.
Then one day someone wrote about their first Colon Cleanse and it sounded the same as my first LF. I wondered the more you do the less the reaction is. From the Iodine I got 1 "click" in my head and I said to my personal trainer something happened but that was all I ever noticed.
