Unfortunately I made a foolish mistake of only taking pictures of it. I ended up flushing it down the toilet - I learned my mistake - I really wish I would have kept it and washed it.

It seemed to have a tubular body that was very firm which resembled a worm with feces wrapped around it.

Could you explain this biofilm a little more?
