ID This parasite. Rope worm?

This came out along with a load of other stuff during a recent colon cleanse.

Wondering what it is. I'm not to sure what to think at this point. Possible rope worm?

After being constipated for 3 days straight and suffering from bad digestion this entire year. I decided to drink some psyillium husk and kicked this out of me.

I know this is not psyillum . The texture is nothing like it.
It was somewhat hard and had a rope like appearance.

Now that I kicked this thing out of me I feel much better and my depression and anxiety has calmed down big time.
