I realize now that I didn't explain myself well enough and have confused you. The itching isn't just around bedtime. I feel itching throughout the day even though eating protein rich foods make it more noticeable.
However, I mentioned bedtime because it gets worse at that time. Going to sleep used to be close to impossible before the I started using the anti-histamine.
There's no way it's all in my head please believe me. Sometimes I would take Magnesium Malate and within minutes I feel like there's an insect crawling on my shins then thighs then arms then chest. But you might not believe me since you wouldn't see it.
