Not asinine really... it makes sense.
I've read where metal fillings in the mouth, mixing with saliva can create a charge... kind of like a battery. My daughter has a stainless spacer and rhis one spot on her head that she'll scratch open. I went crazy trying to figure it out... did this and that treatment on her scalp. She did have mild dandruff in some spots that I brushed off and treated with acv and it hasn't come back (diet change helped the most I think), but not the spot that itches. I'm convinced it's the spacer making her itch. Tweet
