i'm also dealing with a long term sinus infection that is fungal in origin. tonight i added 1 capsule of sodium butyrate and 2 capsules of interfase plus to my neti pot. for saline, i used a sinus rinse agent called "lavi wash". so far i'm feeling a lot better. will report back on how this all goes. :-)
