The thing with baby shampoo is that even though it is advertised as gentle, it contains harsh chemicals that may do you harm.

For a fungal sinus infection, I would suggest colloidal silver. Colloidal silver is effective against all types of pathogens, including fungus. You can take it internally, and use it as nosedrops.
