I would've filtered it with a coffee filter and used it. Once at work a co worker had a sore throat. All I had was the scum at the bottom of a jar of silver. She chugged it down and it cured the problem.

The stomach acids are going to break down the silver anyway. Using electrolysis makes the particles more than small enough.

You might consider getting a uS conductivity measuring device so you know exactly how strong the silver is. Or if the machine is working normal. You can also measure the purity of the water you're using.
