Thanks PineTreeLady, I don't have Depression (I'm pretty happy and bubbly), just abnormal level of fatigue ever since I was little. No weight gain, or no abnormal level of weight gain, I fluctuate 2-3 pounds every few weeks up and down), no dry skin, my skin is perfectly balanced. My thyroid is checked by my GP every year via bloodwork and it's always been normal. No other abnormalities asides from the alopecia areata and hpv, but I've had this fatigue since I was 7 or 8 so the hpv couldn't really be the initial source. Just frustrated. I'll try to take my temp every morning to see if it's off though. Thanks for your feedback!
